3Play Media Canada is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually working to improve the user experience of our website and application for everyone, applying the relevant accessibility standards with a goal of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 AA conformance.

3Play Media Canada proudly supports accessibility organizations through our 3Play It Forward charitable program. Through this program, we’ve contributed to groups like the Hearing Loss Association of America (HLAA), the Theatre Development Fund (TDF), the American Society for Deaf Children (ASDC), and REquipment via Wheelchairs in Motion. Our team has presented on the topics of web accessibility, video accessibility, closed captioning, audio description, and related topics at dozens of conferences, including CSUN Assistive Technology Conference, AHEAD, SXSW, AHG, ATD International, and EDUCAUSE. We provide hundreds of resources on video accessibility and the broader space of digital accessibility through blogs, webinars, events, research studies, and white papers. We welcome feedback on our resources.
As part of 3Play Media Canada’s mission, we take the following measures to promote accessibility internally:
- Have an internal accessibility committee
- Enforce internal accessibility guidelines
- Provide accessibility workshops and training to 3Play employees on a recurring basis
- Promote a culture that cares about accessibility
- Focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in hiring and employee programs
